The box label is cream paper printed in gold-colored ink inside a rosette border. At left is a Key Brand trademark: a line drawing of a key with the word Key above and Brand below P. The right panel reads O. MUSTAD & SÖN, MANUFACTURERS, OSLO – NORWAY, Qual. 1921 R, Hollow Point, Mustad – Limerick Hooks, T. d. tapered eye, Bronzed, Short shank, Reversed, and Made in Norway P.

The lower left carries a printed 100 beside No. P. On this box the size is a 9 written by hand in purple ink P. The hooks photographed carry no markings, so loose hooks cannot be tied to this label by their own marks P.
